March - Oct    $175 per night (2 night minimum)

                            $1050 per week ($575 for each additional week)

Nov - Feb       $150 per Night (2 night minimum)

                            $900 per week ($475 for each additional week)

Check in  and out times

Check in 3 p.m. on arrival day.

Check out 12 p.m. on departure day.

Terms  and  Conditions

Return your application with your security/damage deposit to hold your reservation. Damage/security deposit $500, this deposit will not be applied to the rental balance due.

Once a reservation is made, your dates will be held for seven days, if the security/damage deposit does not arrive within the 7 days, the reservation will be cancelled.

Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund of the security/damage deposit.

Once the terms of the rental agreement are met, after your stay, the security/damage deposit will be refunded to you within ten days of your departure.

Rental payment is due on or before arrival, personal checks will only be accepted 15 days prior to arrival.

No smoking inside.

Pets will only be allowed upon approval.
